Symptoms:
There are also many symptoms linked with anxiety for example:

- Trembling

- Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry

- Having difficulty controlling worry
- Having the urge to avoid things that trigger anxiety

Types:
There are many different types of anxiety disorders. Some examples are general anxiety disorder, an excessive amount of stress or worry about everyday life, like health, school, family, etc. There are also Phobias, which are an intense fear of one thing. And panic disorders, which means extreme fear when there is no danger, which could lead to panic attacks. These are just some examples of anxiety disorders, there are many more.

Increased Risk:
There are some things that can increase the risk of getting anxiety such as drugs and alcohol, a relative having anxiety disorder, trauma, and a stress build up. These factors can increase your risk of getting anxiety.
Anxiety is very common in today’s society. It is important to be informed, and aware of what anxiety is. Anxiety can hold you back and cause you to miss out on opportunities, that is why it is important to recognize it, and try to get help as early as you can.
