Event: Start of the Paris 2024 Olympics

The 2024 Summer Olympics will be held in Paris, France. There will be approximately 10,500 athletes in attendance and will span from July 26, 2024 to August 11, 2024. Additionally, athletes from 206 different countries will be present. Make sure to tune in!

August Anticipated Events

Event: Start of the Paris 2024 Paralympics Games

After the conclusion of the Paris 2024 Olympics, the Paris 2024 Paralympics Games will begin. The Paralympic Games will include 4,000 athletes with disabilities competing for 549 medals in several different events. The games will start on August 28, 2024 and will finish on September 8, 2024.
