A will is defined as “a legal document containing instructions as to what should be done with one’s money and property after one’s death,” so this is kind of the same idea. Traditionally, departing seniors write their Senior Wills to leave things behind for their beloved, soon-to-be abandoned underclassmen.
It’s basically just an excuse for seniors to reassert their inside jokes with underclassmen, but, like, it’s meaningful because they’re leaving. So thanks to the seniors for filling their roles as the wise elders of the other students who are stuck here for a little longer!

Underclassmen, I wish you all the best and hope all of you guys end up being very successful one day. Some advice and key tips I would give to you guys is go all out no matter what grade you’re in. Whether it’s in sports or in the classroom, always push yourself no matter what. Also, don’t let senioritis hit you as hard as it has hit me. Keep pushing until the very end. To all the underclassman in the crew: I’ll miss the all the late night adventures, all the random outings, and all those days that we burned the midnight oil in rehearsal. Thank you to Paige (the sole survivor of the car-squad), Scarlett (who lights up my life), Korene (who punked me like never before on Facebook), Anita (percussion pro), Halle (who is going to rock it as SM next year), Emma (amazing at crew AND violin), Steven (what?), and all the other amazing crew members. I hope each and every one of you eventually buy a duck, and I wish you all the Scooby Snacks in the world.
To all the underclassman in the cast: I leave you my thanks for putting up with my constant running around and yelling during the shows. Special shoutout to those who members of the cast who moved enough set pieces to qualify honorary crew members; Maya, Alia, Allie, Janaki, Josephine, Kristen, and all the Silly Girls to name just a few. Paige- Therapy car rides where we drive in circles, basically living at your house every once in a while, all of the musical, prom dress shopping, the gigantic emoji for Mr. B, and introducing me to all my of amazing friends that I have now, comparing Ameer to Gay Alex at IHOP, all the times we hung out with Brian and Victor
Char (aka Asian Mess)- Double dates, forever being awkward and you always being clumsy, us always being loud, always messing with Jacob whenever we can, our walks throughout the halls every once in a while, you not being able to ice skate, when I stayed at your house that one time for dinner, all of the times that I have messed with Chris, and our occasional food trips
Evan- Our mall trips, going ice skating and then going to the diner afterwards, cheering you on at track meets, going to Buffalo Wild Wings, dressing like you during musical spirit week, and letting you steal my parking spot every once in a while
Julia- The tedious hours we spent on the French Mural, the times you had to cheer me up because I was sad, when I wanted to get you a Slytherin notebook for Christmas, but they messed up the order and sent me a Hufflepuff notebook instead, the times we messed with Jake and Jacob in pit band, when you came over to my house to help me bake, and whenever you’re in my car you and the radio never plays anything good, so you miss out on the amazing bass I have in my car
Anita- When I drove you, Alex, and two Dutch kids in my car after Skyzone, looking through yearbook pictures and letting me taunt some friends with embarrassing pictures, everything in the Buzzfeed group chat that we have
Olivia- Always being insanely loud in AP Bio, being in the Buzzfeed group chat as well, always talking about what you do at the library during work, all of the times that you never stop talking when I actually need to concentrate, always saying the most random things or making random sounds that make me laugh, when I got you obsessed with I Love Hue, when I stole your phone to beat your 2048 high score (but unfortunately failed to do so)
Halle- The first time you ever talked to me was because you needed someone to rant to, our deep conversations whenever we had to stay late and paint the sets, when you gave me my senior stage crew gift and gave such a wonderful speech
Grant- Being my pillow whenever I was tired, always giving me hugs when I needed them (or whenever I felt like it), the time you were there for me and made me feel so grateful to have all of my friends, I am also leaving you my lunchbox that you always liked to wear as a hat
Ameer- Scarring me with that elephant video that made me cry, scarring me with that grapefruit video as well, when you came over to my house for my Halloween Party and my birthday party, your bromance with Victor, and all of the times we have had during eighth and ninth period
Richard- When I kept on accidentally calling you Victor for no reason, then Brad and I just called a different name every time we needed your attention, everyone else also started calling you Victor, the time that we made walls out of the blocks to drive the robot through, the “boi” hands, when we stacked blocks on top of the robot as high as we could and then drove it, the time we drove the robot down to the band room during pit band
Rebecca- The times that we always talked/ranted/complained in pit band, pep band, and jazz band, the times that you were there for me when I was overwhelmed because tech week, when my trumpet was horrendously broken and you fixed it
Alan- the times we gave up in latin and yet you still always got higher grades than everyone, the times you have freaked out about Chem and complained to me about it in latin, whenever I went to you for Calc help because I was just clueless, all of the times you waved in the doorway during jazz band and occasionally sat in with us
Dani, Annie, and Toni- Literally everyday in first period where we all complain about being in school, me occasionally helping you on homeworks because you guys always had other work to do
